How Do I Meet People?
Ethiopian Evangelical Church in Dallas(EEBC) is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our vibrant church community. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at EEBC.
Bible Study Small Groups
Often, small groups of people are better able to interact and learn about a topic than larger groups are. For that reason, Ethiopian Evangelical Church has small Bible studies held in member homes in differet areas of Dallas Fort-Worth area. The typical size of a group is anywhere from six to twelve. At a time, designated by your group, you can participate in the small group study.
Children’s Ministry
Each Sunday morning, children get to participate in their own classes. Children have separate classes based on their age. Bible lessons are taught in such a way that every child gets to participate and learn. Each of the class teachers is carefully screened and trained in children’s instruction. The middle schoolers have a separate worship service. The youth ministry is run by a youth pastor.
Young Adults
The young adult group provides a welcoming atmosphere for young adults.
Women’s Group
This group is for all women in the church. It deals with all sorts of women’s issues.
Men’s Group
The Men’s group just like that of the Women’s groups deals with issues related to men.
Married Couples
Even though marriage is one of the most important institutions, it is the one which is under the most attack–internally and externally. Ethiopian Evangelical Church has different groups that meet monthly and share and learn different issues pertaining to the family. The issues that get covered could be relationships, rearing godly children, money, etc.
Other group
In addition to the groups listed above there a few more that one can get involved and serve and be served.
